What data I process and why

The data you send through the contact form (name, business and message) is used only to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form.

I do not buy data, sell it or profile you. If the form is delivered through a provider (e.g. Formspree), it acts as a data processor.

Retention

I keep your enquiry for as long as needed to handle it and, if we start a commercial relationship, as required by tax law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to karem.quiroz.m@gmail.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish DPA (aepd.es).
